§ 150.01 HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN.
   (A)   The town adopts the Fountain County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan for the town.
   (B)   The County Emergency Management Agency will submit on behalf of all county participating municipalities, the adopted County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan to the State Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency for final review and approval.
