§ 94.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates the terms of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty of $50 for each violation of this chapter. In addition, any person who violates this chapter shall pay any and all reasonable fees assessed by the Town Fire Department or other agency in extinguishing any fire which violates the terms of this chapter.
