(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 93.01 through 93.06 shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in an amount of $50 and may be subject to other penalties provided in the town code. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues after the notice to abate under § 93.06(A) is served. Any person, firm or corporation adjudged responsible for violating any provision of §§ 93.01 through 93.06 shall also be liable for payment of the costs of prosecution, including reasonable attorney fees.
