SCHEDULE III. PARALLEL PARKING.
   (A)   Parking on the east side of Water Street from “1” to the “110” block is by parallel parking only.
   (B)   The employees of the town are hereby authorized and directed to post “Parallel Parking Only” signs along the east side of the “1” to “110” block of Water Street consistent with this schedule.
