(A) The following areas in within the corporation limits of the town shall be designated “Handicapped Parking Only:”
(1) One space at the first spot on the west side of the south end of Water Street in the town; and
(2) One space directly in front of the Town Hall.
(B) The Town Street Department shall erect appropriate signs designating said parking spaces as “Handicapped Parking Only.”
(C) It is further ordained that the penalty for violation of this schedule shall be a fine not to exceed $50.
