(A) The total gross weight with load in pounds of any vehicle shall not exceed 12,000 pounds on Park Avenue Bridge.
(B) The total weight concentrated on roadway service from any tandem axle group shall not exceed 4,000 pounds for each axle of a tandem assembly on Park Avenue Bridge.
(C) This schedule shall not apply as to marked and identified federal or state routes or highways.
(D) This schedule shall be superseding and shall not apply as to any roadway over which the county maintains jurisdiction and the responsibility to repair and maintain said roadway, in which case the load limits should not exceed those imposed by the county.
(E) Violation of this schedule shall be a Class A infraction and penalized as provided in the state for Class A infractions.
