(A) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding $100. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during which a violation occurs or continues.
(B) (1) Any firm, person or corporation found to be in violation of § 72.05 shall be fined as follows:
$50 | For the first offense, plus the costs of enforcement of such violation |
$100 | For any subsequent offense, plus the costs of enforcement of such violation |
(2) In the event a violation of § 72.05 constitutes an immediate hazard to vehicular or pedestrian traffic, the truck being operated or parked in violation may be towed away and impounded by the Town Marshal, and the person found to be in violation shall be liable for such expense.
