Without limiting the generality of the provisions of § 112.02, this franchise or grant shall and does include the right over, under, in, through, and from the streets, sidewalks, alleys, public grounds, and public places of the city; to erect, operate, or in any way acquire use of (as by leasing or licensing) all lines and equipment necessary to the system, such as poles or posts, conduits, service pipes, wire, cables, connectors, boosters, and other electrical devices, or any of them; and the right to make house and building connections to subscribers through, in, over, under, and from the streets, sidewalks, and alleys of the city. This franchise also includes the right to repair, replace, enlarge, and extend the lines, equipment, and connections.
