§ 93.35 REGULATION OF LAWN SPRAYING.
   Any person, firm, or corporation spraying chemicals upon any lawn for the purpose of fertilizing or weed or pest control, and who engages in such activity professionally or for profit, shall do the following:
   (A)   Obtain an annual permit from the Safety Director for a fee of $25 prior to engaging in such activity; and
   (B)   Mark the boundaries of the areas so sprayed with yellow ribbon or yellow flags such that each corner of the sprayed area is marked and each 100 feet of boundary length is marked for a period of 48 hours during the following such spraying. This division (B) shall apply to each application separately.
