(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Whoever violates § 93.01 shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $50, and in default of the payment of the fine and costs, shall be imprisoned not more than 30 days.
(C) Whoever does not comply with § 93.35 shall be fined not less than $100 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both. No part of any such fine shall be suspended.
