§ 93.03 UNLAWFUL BURIALS.
   (A)   No person shall bury any dead person within the limits of the city, in any place that has not heretofore been publicly used as a burial ground.
   (B)   No person shall inter the body of any deceased person in the old cemetery situated on the north side of East Main Street, known as part of Outlot No. 43, and belonging to the First Presbyterian Cemetery of this city.
