§ 93.02 POLLUTION OF PUBLIC WATER SUPPLY.
   No person shall establish, maintain, or permit to remain, any privy vault, cesspool, sewer, or other source of pollution within 500 feet of the wells now or hereafter installed for the purpose of furnishing the public water supply in the city, or deposit or cause to be deposited any garbage, refuse, or obnoxious matter upon or under the ground, or in any stream or body of water within 500 feet of these wells.
