§ 50.035 CONNECTION TO BE APPROVED BY THE SAFETY AND SERVICE DIRECTOR.
   No house sewer shall be constructed and no connection shall be made to a public sanitary sewer by any person who has not been authorized by the Safety and Service Director to perform the work.
