§ 150.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Whoever violates § 150.02 shall be fined not more than $100 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both.

   (B)   (1)   Whoever willfully violates an order of the Housing Inspector made pursuant to § 150.04 and duly communicated to the offender is guilty of a first degree misdemeanor and shall be punished accordingly.

      (2)   Any person found in violation of § 150.04 of the chapter shall be fined $100. Each day that a violation occurs is a separate violation. Permitting the conditions prohibited in § 150.04 is prima facie evidence of a violation under that section.
