§ 150.02 INSTALLATION OF FUEL EQUIPMENT FOR SPACE HEATING.
   (A)   No person shall, within the corporate limits of the city, install, use, or cause or permit to be installed or used in any building any fuel equipment for space heating unless the equipment is vented so as to prevent the accumulation of toxic or injurious gases or liquids. Each installation must be inspected by the city and a charge of $1 shall be made for each heating inspection. A charge of $2 shall be made for each plumbing inspection. This section shall not apply to domestic gas ranges or gas log heaters which are installed in a fireplace with an adequate flue.
   (B)   The gas company shall furnish to the city a complete list of customers, and a report of any new customers.
