12-1-4: PLAT APPROVAL AND COMPLIANCE REQUIRED:
From and after the effective date hereof, no plat of any subdivision shall be valid nor entitled to record unless and until the same has been approved by the city council in accordance with the procedure provided in this title, and no plat of a subdivision shall be approved without compliance with the standards of design and improvements required in this title.
