12-1-2: DEFINITION:

For the purpose of this title, the word "subdivision" shall mean the dividing of a tract of land into two (2) or more lots, tracts or sites for the purpose, either immediate or future, of sale or building development or a resubdivision for any such purpose. (Ord. 62-O-18, 12-7-1962)
