Kitchens: Cooking facilities, kitchen or kitchen facilities shall not be permitted in any habitable space or basement unless approved as a kitchen area through a certificate of occupancy. No cooking facility, kitchen or kitchen facilities or appliance shall be permitted to be present and/or in use in any other habitable space or basement unless specifically approved in writing by the zoning administrator.
