A. While the codes listed in section 10-1-1 of this chapter have been adopted, the modifications to these codes (consisting of certain deletions, changes and/or additions) in section 10-1-4 of this chapter still control whenever the said modifications are applicable or are in conflict with certain other provisions of said codes and referenced standards. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of said codes and referenced standards and those of this chapter, the provisions of this chapter shall control.
B. In all the codes adopted hereby, reference to the fee ordinance of the city shall mean title 3, chapter 2 of this code. (Ord. 2007-O-27, 8-7-2007)
