2-4-6: CONTINUANCE AND RATIFICATION OF PRIOR ACTIONS:
Except as modified herein, this chapter shall be a continuance of all existing powers and duties of the board of fire and police commissioners and a ratification of all prior actions of the board. (Ord. 2007-O-16, 5-15-2007)
