9-2-13: ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS:

This chapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate, or impair any existing easements, covenants, or deed restrictions. However, if provisions of this chapter conflict or overlap with any other ordinance of the city, whichever imposes the most stringent restrictions shall govern. (Ord. 81-O-8, 6-5-1981)
