2-3-3: FEES:
Fees for all proceedings under this chapter shall be as provided in section 3-2A-1 of this code, unless, upon motion of the city council, any assessment, fee or cost imposed or required to be paid under title 11 of this code is varied or waived. (Ord. 2003-O-15, 3-18-2003)
