8-6-2: ANIMALS RESTRICTED:
Except as provided in the guide dog access act, 720 Illinois Compiled Statutes 630/1, no person or persons shall enter the city hall building with any dog or other animal, or allow or permit any dog or other animal to enter upon the public grounds surrounding the city hall building. (Ord. 73-O-3, 6-15-1973; amd. 2009 Code)
