8-6-1: FOOD AND BEVERAGES RESTRICTED:
It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to consume any food or beverages within the city hall building located at 17 Highwood Avenue, Highwood, Illinois, or upon the public grounds surrounding the city hall building, except when authorized by the city council for municipal functions or for municipal officials and employees. (Ord. 73-O-3, 6-15-1973)
