A. Within seven (7) days after receipt of a park permit application, the city manager, or his designee, shall either approve or deny, in writing, the application. The reasons for such denial shall be conveyed in writing to the applicant.
B. A denial of an application for a park permit may be appealed, in writing, to the mayor's office. The mayor, or his designee, shall either grant or deny the appeal in writing within seven (7) days of receiving the appeal. (Ord. 2009-O-43, 11-17-2009)
