A. A permit shall be obtained from the city manager's office by any group wishing to reserve any city park or any portion thereof for any sporting event, sporting tournament, special event, activity or picnic exceeding twenty (20) people.
B. It shall be unlawful to any group to utilize any city park for any sporting event, sporting tournament, special event, activity or picnic without said permit.
C. In such event the persons attending any sporting event, sporting tournament, special events, activity or picnic shall be permitted to use the park consistent with applicable rules and only during the time designated in the permit. (Ord. 2009-O-43, 11-17-2009)
