8-4-7: NUMBER AND LOCATION OF BANNERS:
The city reserves the right to decide how many streetlights may be used for each approved application. Up to two (2) streetlight banners may be installed on each streetlight. Banners will be allowed only along Highwood Avenue, Waukegan Avenue, Sheridan Road and the downtown Highwood metra train station parking lot. (Ord. 2003-O-65, 11-18-2003)
