The city must approve all applications for streetlight banners. Therefore:
A. Applicants may be required to appear before the city council approximately sixty (60) days prior to the desired date of the installation of the proposed streetlight banners.
B. Streetlight banners should not be manufactured prior to design approval by the city. Banners must measure eighteen inches (18") in width by thirty seven and one-half inches (37.5") in height and must be of a material acceptable to the city. (Ord. 2003-O-65, 11-18-2003)
