8-4-3: APPLICATION REQUIRED:
   A.   The applicant shall complete a streetlight banner application form and submit it to the city at least seventy five (75) days prior to the desired date of installation of the banners. The completed streetlight banner application form shall:
      1.   Indicate the specific time period that the streetlight banners will be displayed. Approved streetlight banners will not be permitted to be displayed for a period longer than thirty (30) days unless specifically authorized by the city.
      2.   Include color renderings acceptable to the city of the proposed streetlight banners.
   B.   Application forms shall be provided to applicants by the office of the city clerk in order to ensure compliance with this chapter. (Ord. 2003-O-65, 11-18-2003)
