An application for permission to display streetlight banners will be considered by the city council only for either:
A. An event sponsored by a qualified not for profit entity or an educational or governmental institution. Not for profit entities must provide evidence that they are qualified with the internal revenue service under code section 501(c)3.
B. Promotion of noncommercial special events or significant anniversaries. (Ord. 2003-O-65, 11-18-2003)
