8-2-2: NOTICE REQUIREMENTS; REVOCATION OF EASEMENT OR LICENSE:
The mayor shall notify the city council of the granting of any such easement, construction easement or license within fourteen (14) days of the granting thereof, and notwithstanding any other provision of said easement, construction easement or license, same shall be revocable by its terms, pursuant to action of the city council.
