The mayor is authorized to enter into:
A. Temporary easement agreements which, by their term, do not exceed sixty (60) days, or are revocable upon sixty (60) days' notice.
B. Temporary easements necessary or convenient for construction or implementation of public improvements.
C. License agreements permitting access or use of real estate or interest therein which are revocable by their terms on notice of thirty (30) days or less. (Ord. 99-O-36, 5-18-1999)
