No person shall dump, deposit or otherwise dispose of solid waste, recyclables, garbage, ashes, rubbish, or refuse of any kind or nature within the jurisdictional limits of the city. No person shall transport or bring any garbage, rubbish, trash, refuse, other solid waste or recyclables into the city for the purpose of disposal and/or collection. (Ord. 15-O-51, 9-24-2015)
