A. Solid waste, organics, and recyclable materials produced in residential establishments shall be collected once each week.
B. Organic materials from residential establishments shall be collected weekly during the summer and fall months in accordance with a schedule established by the city or established by the contractor with the approval of the city.
C. Shrubbery, tree trimmings and similar materials from residential establishments shall be collected curbside in accordance with a schedule established by the city or may be deposited at a city designated site, if the city so chooses such a site.
D. Solid waste, organics, and recyclable materials produced in commercial, institutional and municipal establishments shall be collected at least once each week. If necessary to protect public health and sanitation, solid waste produced in such establishments shall be collected more frequently upon written notification by the city. (Ord. 15-O-51, 9-24-2015)
