5-8-7: PUBLIC NOTICE AND EDUCATION:
The city shall establish a comprehensive and sustained public information and education program concerning recycling program features and requirements as required by the municipal waste planning, organics, recycling and waste reduction act. (Ord. 15-O-51, 9-24-2015)
