5-8-5: ORGANIC MATERIALS PROGRAM ESTABLISHED:

All persons who reside in residential establishments or commercial, institutional, and municipal establishments who produce organic material waste shall source separate all organic waste for proper disposal in the manner prescribed by the city unless those persons have otherwise provided for the composting of organic waste.
