4-20-6: PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined no less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) and no more than nine hundred dollars ($900.00) for each separate offense. (Ord. 16-O-41, 8-16-2016)
