4-20-2: REGISTRATION REQUIRED; EXEMPTIONS:

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to engage in the business of "secondhand dealer" as defined in section 4-20-1 of this chapter, without being registered as a secondhand dealer in the manner hereinafter set forth. (Ord. 16-O-41, 8-16-2016)
