A license shall permit the operation only in the premises described in the application and license. The location of any licensed business or occupation, or of any permitted act, may be changed, provided ten (10) days' notice thereof is given to the city manager, in the absence of any provision to the contrary; provided that the location complies with building, zoning, and all other requirements of city ordinances and state law.
