A. If the applicant's application is found to be satisfactory, the city manager shall forward the application to the city clerk to issue the license.
B. If, as a result of such investigation, the applicant's application is found to be unsatisfactory due to an incomplete application or pursuant to conditions for denial in this chapter, the application shall be denied. The city manager or his/her designee shall promptly notify the applicant that the application has been denied and provide the applicant with the reason(s) for the denial. (Ord. 12-O-38, 8-21-2012)
