A. Any person, partnership, firm or corporation, or employee of same, violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (2009 Code)
B. The conviction or punishment of any person, partnership, firm, entity or corporation for violation of the provisions of this chapter shall not release such person from paying any fee due and unpaid at the time of such conviction, nor shall payment of any fee prevent prosecution for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter.
C. The amount of any fee due hereunder shall be deemed a debt to the city. An action may be commenced in the name of the city in any court of competent jurisdiction for the amount of any delinquent fee. All unpaid fees shall be deemed delinquent after they are due and payable.
D. All remedies shall be cumulative, and the use of one or more remedies by the city shall not bar the use of any other remedy. (Ord. 2002-O-36, 5-21-2002)
