4-3-5: ADDITIONAL FEES FOR FAILURE TO OBTAIN LICENSES:
   A.   Device License: Any person, partnership, corporation or association failing to obtain or display a device license within the required time period (5 days) set forth in this chapter shall pay, in addition to the device license fee, the sum as provided in section 3-2A-1 of this code.
   B.   Operator's License: Any person, partnership, corporation or association failing to obtain an operator's license as required pursuant to this chapter shall pay, in addition to the operator's license fee, the sum as provided in section 3-2A-1 of this code.
   C.   Arcade License: Any person, partnership, corporation or association failing to obtain an arcade license as required pursuant to this chapter shall pay, in addition to the arcade license fee, the sum as provided in section 3-2A-1 of this code. (Ord. 2000-O-49, 8-15-2000; amd. 2009 Code)
