4-1-26: APPEALS:

Pursuant to 235 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/7-9, all reviews or appeals of the actions or orders of the local liquor control commissioner shall be made by the Illinois liquor commission on the official record made before the local liquor control commissioner. (Ord. 16-O-12, 3-1-2016)
