A. There is hereby established and created within the city an administrative hearing system to enforce and adjudicate violations ("violations") of the following city ordinances and provisions of this code, as the same have been, and may from time to time hereafter be, amended:
1. Section 7-2-4, "Vehicle Seizure And Impoundment", of this code;
2. Subsection 6-5D-1B, "Possession Of Less Than Ten Grams Of Cannabis", of this code;
3. All violations of city building, fire, mechanical, fuel gas, property maintenance, energy conservation, residential, electrical and plumbing codes under title 10, chapter 1 of this code;
4. All violations of city housing code under title 10, chapter 2 of this code;
5. All violations of city appearance code under title 10, chapter 3 of this code;
6. Such other city ordinances and code provisions as the mayor and city council may from time to time designate.
B. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to administrative adjudication proceedings to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the provisions of any city ordinance which sets forth specific procedures for the administrative adjudication of particular ordinance provisions.
