4-22-2: LICENSE ELIGIBILITY:

A tow company will only be eligible for a license under this chapter if:

   A.   It has received the appropriate license to operate from the appropriate stage agency;

   B.   It has filled out the appropriate application with the City of Highwood and is current on the annual fee; and

   C.   It complies with all reporting procedures in this code. (Ord. 21-O-25, 10-19-2021)
