7-10-2: LIABILITY:

The registered owner of a vehicle shall be liable to this section if such vehicle disregards the visual signals on a school bus in violation of section 5/11-1414 of the Illinois Vehicle Code, 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-1414. (Ord. 20-O-05, 2-18-2020)
