6-8-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:

No person or entity may operate an Assisted Living Facility within the City, except upon receipt of an assisted living facility license issued by the City Manager pursuant to this chapter. All assisted living facility licenses will be for a term of one year. (Ord. 20-O-02, 1-7-2020)
