6-8-1: DEFINITIONS:

The term "Assisted Living Facility" as used in this chapter, shall mean a "facility", as that term is defined in section 1-113 of the Illinois Nursing Home Care Act, 210 Illinois Compiled Statutes 45/1-113, as may be amended. (Ord. 20-O-02, 1-7-2020)
