4-21-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:

No person or entity may operate a cannabis business establishment in the City without first having obtained a license issued under this chapter and paying the license fee described in section 3-2A-1 - Fees. (Ord. 19-O-19, 10-1-2019; amd. Ord. 20-O-26, 12-15-2020)
