The Community Center Coordinator shall determine, based upon prior experience and occurrences, whether or not the security guard will be required at an event held in the Community Center Building. If it is determined that a security guard is required then such security guard shall be a regular or an auxiliary police officer of the City. In the event it is determined that a security guard is not required then a member of the Community Center Building custodial staff shall be present at the event during its entirety. Compensation for the custodial staff member shall be at the rate to be determined from time-to-time by Council. (Ord. 30-2002.  Passed 12-3-02.)
